Hagee’s statement in 2008 caused the Republican nominee for President, John McCain, to renounce Hagee’s endorsement of his candidacy, as well as an outcry from the Jewish community. It was around this time that Hagee curtailed journalists’ access to him (his spokesperson, Ari Morgenstern, declined to comment for this article). He sought refuge in supporters like Riskin.
The Bible contains prophecies that run through the last day of the Earth and into the New Earth that will be created by The Lord. For a believer to gain understanding of interpreting and rightly dividing Bible prophecy, it should come through study of the Scriptures, not the stars. In Deuteronomy 18, God specially referred to those who are “observer of times” – a term for trying to determine the future by looking at constellations or other heavenly bodies, an abomination. Hagee defends his looking to the stars to tell the future by citing Genesis 1:14 – “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:” Does this verse mean that Christians are supposed to look to the starts to gain knowledge about the future and to interpret a message from God?
The Bible is the only book that has accurately predicted prophecy after prophecy. Instead of focusing too much on the details of interpretations, we should celebrate the fact that our God is so wise that He can orchestrate all things from beginning to end. And with that being the case, He is certainly capable of handling any of the finer points of our lives and the world we live in as well. Before you turn the page to the next chapter, consider this important question: If the interpretation has been pinpoint accurate thus far, then why wouldn’t it continue to be so in the days to come?
From Daniel to Doomsday is a poignant account of prophecy from the writings of Daniel until the end is foretold in Revelation. Among the questions answered in this book are: Are we coming to the end of the world? What will happen on January 1, 2000? Will there be a germ warfare attack on America? Dr. Hagee deals with current issues such as China’s stolen American military secrets, Saddam Hussein’s rapid positioning for another attack on Jerusalem, Israel’s new prime minister, and more.
A church member gave him the two books — “Heather Has Two Mommies” and “Daddy’s Roommate” — and then Mr. Jeffress sent a $54 check to the library for the cost of the books. “We wanted to highlight the problem in our community,” Mr. Jeffress told The Associated Press in May 1998. “I really hope people will look at the book and see what their tax dollars are supporting.”
God judged Egypt for its abuse of the Jewish people, plunging a powerful and rich civilization into poverty. God judged Sodom and Gomorrah for its ungodly and sexually perverse lifestyle. And God is going to judge America for the millions of innocent children we have murdered in our abortion mills under the banner of being “pro-choice” (Proverbs 6:16-17). He will judge us for every ungodly decision we have promoted throughout these United States.
When Yigal Amir assassinated Rabin in 1995 to prevent his government from agreeing to any withdrawals from the West Bank, evangelical Christian Zionists viewed the event through the same lens as 1967. It was an inevitable step toward the rapture. As Hagee explained in Final Dawn over Jerusalem, the assassination “launched Bible prophecy onto the fast track.”
U.S. policy consistently opposed the continued construction of Israeli settlements in the Occupied Territories on the grounds that such actions would hinder a future peace accord. In one of its last international actions, the Obama administration declined to exercise its veto of a U.N. Security Council resolution condemning Israeli settlements. Although Israel was dismayed as the resolution passed, they were placated by the next administration which had tried to prevent the resolution from coming up for a vote. Yet, President Trump told Yisrael Hayom in Feb. 2018 that settlements would “complicate” a deal between Israelis and Palestinians.
John Hagee is the author of four New York Times bestsellers, as well as Jerusalem Countdown, which itself has sold over 1 million copies. He is the founder and senior pastor of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, a nondenominational evangelical church with more than 20,000 active members, as well as the founder and president of John Hagee Ministries, which telecasts his radio and television teachings throughout America and in 249 nations worldwide. Hagee is also the founder and national chairman of Christians United for Israel, a grassroots national association with over one million members to date.
We understand your concerns about the use of the Christmas tree, specifically in relationship to Jeremiah 10:1-5. These verses do not apply to Christmas trees, but they do condemn the idolatry practiced in Jeremiah's day. God's people were following the customs of the heathen who cut down trees, shaped the wood into idols, decorated them with silver and gold ornaments, and worshiped them as gods.
Four years ago, researcher and writer Rachel Tabachnick commented about Hagee's End Times pursuits: His "books and sermons sketch out the prophetic timeline that he believes will be fulfilled in this generation -- what he describes as the terminal generation. The ingathering of Jews in Israel is considered a prerequisite to the 1000-year reign of Jesus in the end times. Christian Zionists view themselves as 'fishers' who must befriend and persuade Jews to move to Israel before the 'time of the hunters.' Hunters are those who will violently force the remaining Jews around the world to leave their respective nations and flee to Israel."
I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule them with an iron scepter." He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
1- Why does it seem that practically all of the people who have warned of the New World Order have remained in that system–even after warning of it?  Oh, there have been a few who have maintained that they have “broken free” and turned traitor.  And, undoubtedly, the enemy sacrifices, from time to time, one of his own in order to increase their “street cred.”
Something dangerous has seized America—far deadlier than people want to believe. The Bible says there is a spiritual dimension to this trend, and you cannot understand these events unless you recognize it. Ultimately, this isn’t about any man or administration: It’s about an evil spirit working to destroy this nation, and why God is allowing it to happen.
You don’t hear me (and part of that can be my level of frustration with teachers), you can’t hear Mark Biltz or Hagee either (I’m not saying that I agree with everything or even most of what they are saying) and I’m afraid that you might not hear Him as well as you think. You’re too busy hearing yourself and filtering His word through the idol of your own theology… Welcome to another one of the thousands of “Christian” denominations that got it right… in their heads! I am continually amazed how when people get religion in their heads, they swell up so much it takes Him out of their hearts.
Hagee prognosticates that Rabin’s death will cause Israel to move more toward peace and eventually even the surrender of the Golan Heights (11). Moreover, he projects that Israel’s and the world’s reaction to the death of Rabin will force this peace process to escalate (13-14, 28-30), and predicts that Rabin’s successor as Prime Minister will be Shimon Peres (8-9). For this he relied on poll results that indicated that Likud leader Binyamin Netanyahu trailed Peres by 31 percent (8). Of course, Netanyahu did win the election. If Hagee could be so wrong about an event so close at hand, we may well question his more far-reaching predictions.

This is the one time in scripture where the sun turns dark and the moon turns to blood at the same time. It is the fulfillment of Joel’s prophecy. And as detailed in our the Beginning and End Rapture Series, the 6th seal is the moment when the Day of The Lord begins.  Notice the very specific events that take place: a global earthquake. All people in the world running for their lives. Stars falling from Heaven. But do Blitz and Hagee look to this prophecy and say this will all happen on Passover 2014? No. instead they make vague assertions that God is “trying to tell us something” and “something major” will happen in the Middle East.  The Four Blood Moon theory is not proper Biblical interpretation. It is instead more akin to astrology and horoscopes.
But is Bundy really the evil, cold-hearted racist he is made out to be? Notice what Bundy also said that was not reported by the Times: “[A]nd so what I’ve testified to you—I was in the Watts riot, I seen the beginning fire and I seen that last fire. What I seen is civil disturbance. People are not happy, people are thinking they don’t have their freedoms, they didn’t have these things, and they didn’t have them.
The John Hagee Family Singers have released several major recording projects. They have performed at the National Quartet Convention as well as other major concert halls and arenas across America and Canada. Pastor Hagee and his family, along with Randy and Elizabeth Travis, and other groups, continue to minister around the country with Crusades, bringing hope and joy to the body of Christ through music and the Word of God.
