Pastor Hagee firmly believes in a PRE-tribulation rapture followed by the marriage supper of the Lamb (a 7-year feast in Heaven while the tribulation occurs on the earth), then Armageddon, the Millennium and the Great White Throne Judgment. Though the word "rapture" is never used in the Bible (neither is the word "trinity" used in the Bible, but of course we do believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) the concept of the rapture is clearly taught in the Word of God.

As a former JW of 15 years, you are spot on Collin. The people inside are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. However, they are being deceived by the ‘Governing Body’ which cherry pick scriptures to fit their twisted teachings. Jesus was only a man and not god. Therefore they are considered an anti-Christ (notice little a) or one against Jesus.

“Does this mean that I must necessarily agree with all of the theological positions taken by Pastor Hagee? Not at all! True friendship means that I continue to love and even partner with my friend, despite disagreeing with him on even fundamental positions of theology and ideology – as long as his views do not threaten the life or limb of innocent human beings,” Riskin wrote.
The phenomenon is a natural occurrence caused when the sun, Earth and moon line up in space. Science explains why. “The reason stems from the air we breathe. During a total lunar eclipse, the Earth lies directly between the sun and the moon, causing the Earth to cast its shadow on the moon. If Earth didn’t have an atmosphere, then, when the moon was entirely within Earth’s shadow, the moon would appear black and invisible,” says EarthSky. “Thanks to Earth’s atmosphere, what actually happens is much more subtle and beautiful. … As sunlight passes through our atmosphere, the green to violet portion of the light spectrum is, essentially, filtered out. … Meanwhile, the reddish portion of the spectrum is least affected.
Two bestselling, prophecy-leaning authors believe the tetrad is directly related to a prophecy found in Joel 2:31: “The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes” (English Standard Version). These two men and their books—Blood Moons by Mark Biltz, and Four Blood Moons by John Hagee—have received widespread media attention because of the fervor and alarm they have created among religious-minded people.

In 1996, Hagee spoke on behalf of Republican presidential primary candidate Alan Keyes, who in 2004 lost the U.S. Senate election in Illinois to Barack Obama. In 2008, Hagee endorsed Senator John McCain in the presidential contest against Barack Obama.[44] In 2016, Hagee endorsed Donald Trump in the presidential contest against Hillary Clinton.[45]
“To illustrate the frequency of the coincidence of lunar eclipses with Passover and Sukkot, consider the 230 lunar eclipses of all types (total, partial, and penumbral) during the twentieth century (1901–2000). Table I lists the 37 lunar eclipses in the twentieth century that coincided with Passover or Sukkot (Passover always is in March or April, and Sukkot always is in September or October). Many of the dates of lunar eclipses exactly match the dates of the Passover or Sukkot. Others are off by one day, and a few are off by two days.”
John Hagee is right on! We had better be prepared and pray for those who aren’t. Instead of acting pious like the Saducees and Pharisees, we had better humble ourselves before our Lord. We have to pray that God will remove the blinders over our eyes, so we can see what is really happening in the world. The Bible is more current that the evening news. I am just thankful we will be kept out of the the great tribulation.

Though I agree with most of what Hagee says concerning Tribulational events, his confusion of passages that concern the rapture of the church with passages that speak of the Tribulation and revelation of Christ mars chapters 6 and 7 (101-30). He quotes 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 right alongside Matthew 24, not recognizing they are speaking of different events. 1 Thessalonians 4 explains the nature of Jesus’ coming for His church and the translation of the church into His presence. On the other hand, Matthew 24 tells of events that transpire prior to the coming of the “Son of Man . . . with power and great glory” (Matt. 24:30). The 1 Thessalonians 4 passage speaks of the church meeting Christ in the clouds in their resurrection bodies. The coming of Christ in Matthew (24:27) is a very visible coming in judgment, and we know from elsewhere in Scripture, to the earth.

"Under normal circumstances, given their complete inaccuracy, I would expect both pieces to be removed with the publisher's apologies, but as [Joseph] Farah is the driving force behind this narrative, the publisher of the outlet that posted the pieces, and WND has not even bothered to provide readers with the name of the author of the pieces, we've strayed quite far from normal circumstances," Morgenstern said.

The claim of a blood moon being a sign of the beginning of the end times originates in the Book of Joel, where it is written "the sun will turn into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes."[4] This prophecy repeated by Peter during Pentecost, as stated in Acts,[5] though Peter says that the date of Pentecost, not a future date, was the fulfillment of Joel's prophecy. The blood moon also is prophesied in the Book of Revelation chapter 6 verses 11 – 13,[6] where verse 12 states, "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood."
While holding the Jewish people apart, John Hagee asserts that every believer has a unique relationship to the Lord. As His children, every Christian has immediate access to the throne of Grace and the ability to manifest the power of the Lord Jesus Christ in ministry. Members of the Cornerstone Church are encouraged to find a place of ministry in the Body of Christ and utilize the gifts that the Holy Spirit has placed within them.
